Every year hundreds of animals including turtles and tortoises are found as stray - so in honor of World Turtle Day, San Diego Humane Society is offering a microchip clinic to keep pet turtles and tortoises safe! Microchips are $40 per chelonian, and all turtles must have a shell diameter of at least 10 cm. Semi-aquatic turtles must be dry-docked for at least 24 hours prior to implantation.
